Free Estimates
No two projects are the same. We don't believe in one price fits all, because we won't skimp on your service. We provide accurate, realistic, and reasonable estimates.

                                   
Spring Clean Up                                            
During the spring clean up program the following is performed:
· Complete removal of all winter debris from the property.
· Sweeping or blowing of all hard surfaces.
· Removal of all debris.                                                          
· Raking of all lawn areas.
· Edging all beds and tree pits (those with existing edges) & removal of excess sod.

Lawn Installation
We will professionally install a lush lawn for you. We ensure the correct seed for your climate.



Lawn Maintenance                                
Grass will be cut once a week or as needed.  Great care will be taken to avoid damage to the lawn. All sidewalks and curbs will be cleaned after each visit.  Any mess created by LawnScapes Plus Inc. in the course of these duties will be cleaned up before we leave the site.  Thorough litter pickups are included in each visit.  This does not include dog waste.

Edging                                 
Edges will be properly established and maintained (where feasible). Line edging (around trees, along fences, etc.) and blade edging (along sidewalks and driveways) is included.

 Flower Beds and Gardens      
Garden beds will be kept free of weeds, leaves, dead plant material, and other debris.  Bedding flowers and plants will be routinely maintained to keep them healthy and attractive.

 

Tree and Shrub Trimming                  
All shrubs, hedges, and trees (under 15 feet tall) will be properly pruned so as to ensure healthiness and an attractive shape.  Trees over 15 feet tall will be discussed, with advice given and also pruned as required.

 



Fertilizing                            
Lawn areas will be fertilized four times a year (April, June, August, and October).  Proper fertilizer will be used depending on lawn conditions.  The first fertilizer is usually a crabgrass or moss control and the last is for winterizing.  A time released fertilizer will be applied in early spring to supply constant feeding to all plants throughout the spring and summer.

Aeration                   

Lawn aeration is an extremely important and a mostly overlooked aspect of lawn care.  We will do a core aeration once in the spring.  We recommend a second aeration in the fall, which will help prep your lawn for the winter months.

 


Planting                   
LawnScapes Plus Inc. plants a wide variety of bedding plants.  A selection can be planted in the spring and fall.




Overseeding     
Overseeding is recommended in the spring and fall to rejuvenate your lawn.  It is especially important after a power rake.

Top Dressing    
This service is recommended once every other year, more often if your soil base is poor.  It involves spreading a quality topsoil mixture on top of your lawn, which will lead to improved turf grass health.

Fall Clean Up    
During the fall clean up program the following is performed:
· Complete removal of all leaves and autumn debris from the property.
· Sweeping or blowing of all hard surfaces and removal of all debris.
· Raking of all lawn areas.
· All work will be completed before the winter freeze-up.
